Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Biz Diva Media LLC, a Virginia limited liability company doing business as GenXella ("GenXella," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit genxella.com (the "Site"), take our quiz, join our email list, or buy our digital products (the "Products"). You can contact us about privacy at hello@genxella.com.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. This includes your email address and any name or quiz responses you provide, information you send us by email, and details you enter when you buy a Product.

Payment information. When you buy a Product, our third-party payment processor (for example, Stripe) collects and processes your payment details. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. We may receive limited order information such as your name, email, and confirmation of payment.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring pages, and general location. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you not send us health, financial, or other sensitive details by email.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • deliver your quiz results, free resources, and purchased Products;
  • process orders and provide customer support;
  • send you emails you signed up for, including results, resources, and marketing;
  • operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and Products;
  • understand how our content performs through analytics; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Legal bases for processing (EU/UK visitors)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on these legal bases: your consent (for example, to send marketing emails or set non-essential cookies); the performance of a contract with you (to deliver a Product you bought); our legitimate interests (to operate, secure, and improve our business, where not overridden by your rights); and compliance with a legal obligation. You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described here:

  • Service providers that operate our business under our instructions, such as email marketing, website and funnel hosting, payment processing, analytics, and automation tools.
  • Legal and safety reasons, when we believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
  • Business transfers, if our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Some of these service providers may act as independent controllers of the information you give them directly (for example, a payment processor). Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.

5. Where we store and process information

We are based in the United States, and we and our service providers may store and process your information in the United States and other countries. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in a country with different data protection laws than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Site, remember preferences, and understand usage through analytics. Some cookies are essential; others help us measure and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where required we will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies. Turning off some cookies may affect how the Site works.

7. Email marketing

If you join our email list, we will send you resources and marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at hello@genxella.com. We will still send transactional messages related to a purchase you make.

8. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Site and Products, to run our business, and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When we no longer need it, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's privacy

The Site and Products are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Your U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on where you live, U.S. state privacy laws may give you rights over your personal information. Whether a specific law applies to us depends on that law's thresholds, but we honor the core rights below for residents of states that provide them.

California (CCPA/CPRA). California residents may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request access to or deletion of that information; to correct inaccurate information; and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined by law. We do not sell your personal information for money. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Virginia (VCDPA) and other states. Residents of Virginia and certain other states may have the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and certain profiling.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@genxella.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows.

12. Your EU/UK (GDPR) rights

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to access your personal data; to correct or delete it; to restrict or object to certain processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing already done). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact hello@genxella.com.

13. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above and post the updated version on the Site. Significant changes may be communicated by email or a Site notice.
